Chocolate Avocado Mousse with Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients:
- Flesh from 2 large ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sweetener
- 4 tablespoons Cascadian Wild Raspberry White Balsamic Vinegar
Directions:
- Add all ingredients with 2 tablespoons of Cascadian Wild Raspberry White Balsamic Vinegar into a food processor.
- Blend until creamy and smooth.
- Split between small serving bowls and chill until ready to serve.
- Drizzle the 2 tablespoons of Cascadian Wild Raspberry White Balsamic Vinegar before serving.
