Crinkle Cookies with Whole Fruit Lemon or Blood Orange Olive Oil

Ingredients:

1. 1 box vanilla cake mix
2. 1/3 cup Fused Whole Fruit Lemon Olive Oil or Blood Orange Whole Fruit Fused Olive Oil from Tunisia
3. 2 eggs
4. 1 cup red sugar
5. 1 bag of Dove heart chocolate

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. In a mixing bowl, cream together cake mix, Fused Whole Fruit Lemon Olive Oil or Blood Orange Whole Fruit Fused Olive Oil from Tunisia, and eggs.
3. Chill the dough for 15 minutes.
4. Roll a tablespoon of dough into a ball, flatten, and then roll in the red sugar.
5. Place cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
6. Place baking sheet and cookies in the fridge to chill for 15 minutes.
7. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes.
8. Remove cookies from oven and carefully place an unwrapped chocolate on each cookie before completely cool.
