Crunchy Tropical Slaw

Ingredients:

1. 2 cups shredded Classic Coleslaw
2. 1 cup red cabbage, thinly shredded
3. 1 carrot, peeled and shredded
4. 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
5. 1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds
6. Optional: 1/2 cup crunchy ramen noddle
7. Sesame Vinaigrette Dressing
8. 1 tablespoon From Olives & Grapes Ultra Premium Japanese Roasted Sesame Seed Oil or Herbs de Provence-flavored Olive Oil
9. 2 tablespoons From Olives & Grapes Honey-Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar or From Olives & Grapes Tropical-Slaw Blend White Balsamic Vinegar
10. 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
11. 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
12. 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions:

Combine dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well. Combine salad ingredients and pour over dressing and toss to combine. Garnish with crunchy ramen noodles.

Serving Suggestion:

Serve by itself or with chicken.
