Greek Dessert Yogurt

Ingredients:

1. 2 lb non-fat Greek yogurt
2. Espresso Dark Balsamic Vinegar 
3. Coconut White Balsamic Vinegar
4. 1/2 cup instant coffee liquid
5. 1/2 cup shredded coconut (your choice of sweet or unsweetened)
6. 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
7. 3 small Mason jars
8. Optional – for decoration: fresh fruits, like raspberries, coconut, lemon cookies, and cacao nips 

Directions:

Tiramisu

Layer ingredients in a jar in the following order:

1. Place a layer of crushed cookies.
2. Add coffee.
3. Spread yogurt.
4. Drizzle Espresso Dark Balsamic Vinegar
5. Repeat layers: crushed cookies, coffee, espresso.
6. Top with yogurt.
7. Dust with cocoa powder and decorate with cacao nips.

Coconut

Layer ingredients in a jar in the following order:

1. Add a layer of shredded coconut.
2. Spread yogurt.
3. Drizzle with Coconut White Balsamic Vinegar
4. Repeat layers, ending with yogurt at the top.
5. Sprinkle more shredded coconut and decorate with a coconut cookie.

Fruit Layer

Layer ingredients in a jar in the following order:

1. Place frozen blueberries at the bottom.
2. Add espresso.
3. Spread yogurt.
4. Repeat layers, then decorate with fresh raspberries and lemon cookies.
