Gremolata Flavored Olive Oil Chicken Patties

Ingredients:

1. 2 tablespoons Milanese Gremolata Flavored Olive Oil or Garlic Flavored Olive Oil
2. 1 lb ground chicken
3. 2 teaspoons paprika
4. 2 teaspoons salt
5. 1 teaspoon ground cumin
6. 1 teaspoon lemon zest
7. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
8. 1 tablespoon Oregano White Balsamic Vinegar
9. 2 teaspoon smoked paprika
10. 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions:

1. Place the ground chicken in a bowl.
2. Add Milanese Gremolata Flavored Olive Oil or Garlic Flavored Olive Oil, Oregano White Balsamic Vinegar, herbs, and spices and mix thoroughly.
3. Take a handful of the chicken mixture, form a ball, then flatten it.
4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side on a grill or in a heavy-based skillet or griddle.
5. Serve with steamed vegetables or your favorite salad.
