Kimchi Ramen Noodle Soup with Garlic Flavored Olive Oil

Ingredients:

1. 1/2 pound of London broil beef, sliced thinly
2. 3 tablespoons Garlic Flavored Olive Oil
3. 1 cup of Kimchi, chopped to bite-size
4. 3 cloves of garlic, diced
5. 1 teaspoon Korean chili paste (preferably Gochujang paste)
6. 2 packages of your favorite choice of ramen noodles
7. 1 stem of green onion, chopped
8. 4 cups organic bone broth

Directions:

1. Turn the stove to medium-high
2. Heat the saucepan
3. Put 2 teaspoons of our Garlic Flavored Olive Oil
4. Sauté the garlic
5. Sauté the beef
6. Pour in the bone broth, kimchi, soy sauce, and Korean chili paste and cook until the soup reaches a simmer.
7. Reduce the heat to medium-low.
8. Add the Ramen noodles to the hot broth.
9. Sprinkle the green onion on top. Drizzle our Garlic Flavored Olive Oil on top.

Serving Suggestion:

Serve immediately.

Optional: You can substitute sauerkraut cabbage for Kimchi.
