This is our special blend of vinegar to produce a BBQ sauce. We combine our Red Apple and Aged Vermont Maple dark balsamic vinegars. Together they make an excellent sauce when mixed with Chipotle-Flavored Olive Oil. Mix the oil & vinegar (2 parts oil, 1 part vinegar or to taste) and brush on like any BBQ sauce!
Each bottle comes with a built-in pour spout.
