Sweet and smoky with just the right amount of heat, Chipotle peppers, more known for their smokiness than heat, flavor this oil. Heat has been added by using hot peppers, giving this oil a very noticeable two-stage punch. First heat (hot peppers) is noted followed much later by smoke (Chipotle). This oil is the only oil we have that has two distinct flavors.
