Ingredients:
- 2 cans of strained chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon From Olives & Grapes Whole Fruit Lemon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon 18 Spice Chicken Rub, available at our Cocoa Village and Downtown Melbourne stores
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Directions:
- Place chickpeas on baking sheet
- Drizzle From Olives & Grapes Whole Fruit Lemon Olive Oil
- Season with 18 spice chicken rub, garlic powder and mix thoroughly
- Cook for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Serve warm.
