Summer Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

1. *Choose firm, ripe melons like watermelon, cantaloupe
2. 1 medium-sized seedless watermelon
3. 1 small cantaloupe
4. 1 pink dragon fruit
5. 1 tablespoon Key Lime White Balsamic Vinegar

Equipment:

1. Fruit scooper
2. Small carving knife

Directions:

1. Cut the watermelon, the cantaloupe, and the dragon fruit in half.
2. Press the fruit scooper firmly and scoop out a uniform sphere.
3. Place the melon balls in a strainer for a few minutes to strain the juice out.
4. Use the carving knife to cut the zigzag shape on the top of the half watermelon.
5. Cut one strip of the cantaloupe. Again, carve one strip size.
6. Secure both sides of the watermelon with toothpicks.
7. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of Key Lime White Balsamic Vinegar and mix gently.
8. Place it in the refrigerator. Put the fruit salad in the basket when serving.
