Trio Salad Dressings

Lemon and Basil Dressing:

1. 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
2. 1/2 cup of Cobrançosa -100% Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Portugal
3. 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh basil
4. 1 clove minced garlic
5. Salt and pepper to taste

Avocado and Lemon Dressing:

1. 1 ripe avocado
2. 1/4 cup of fresh chopped cilantro
3. 2 tablespoons of Key Lime White Balsamic Vinegar
4. 1 clove minced garlic
5. 1/4 cup of Cobrançosa -100% Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Portugal
6. Salt and pepper to taste

Carrot Ginger Dressing:

1. 1 cup chopped roasted carrot1 cup water
2. 3/4 cup Cobrançosa -100% Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Portugal
3. 2 tablespoons Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar
4. 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger

Directions:

1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients of the selected dressing.
2. Mix well.
3. Adjust taste to your preference – adding more salt and pepper if needed.
4. Refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to mix properly.

Serving Suggestion:

Serve over your favorite salads.
